Dave was thrilled to join one of his heroes — Irela “Water Princess” Bagué — for an interview on her new podcast, ‘Resilient Forward’, diving into the environmental initiatives making a difference across South Florida.

They covered the power of community cleanups, environmental stewardship, civic action, and how local volunteer efforts are helping protect our waterways, neighborhoods, and natural spaces.

Dave started working with Irela 10 years ago when the Biscayne Bay Marine Health Coalition was formed. She later became Miami-Dade County’s first Chief Bay Officer — and Dave was appointed to the Biscayne Bay Watershed Management Advisory Board – where Biscayne Bay advocates not only got a seat at the table, but at the head of the table.
