On select 2nd Sundays throughout the year, volunteers can assist the Larry & Penny Thompson Memorial Park & Campground staff to keep the park clean and clear of litter and debris. Volunteers may get an opportunity to visit the park following a prescribed burn to see how Miami-Dade County maintains the health of our native ecosystems and natural areas.
