Is an annual event that Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful hosts to encourage our community to celebrate Halloween in an environmentally conscious way. Americans buy about 600 million pounds of candy for this holiday and most candy wrappers are not recyclable. It is important to properly dispose of trash especially micro-trash like candy wrappers, because it is harder to collect smaller pieces of litter once it makes its way to our roadways, parks, and shorelines!
