The world’s largest, one-day volunteer effort for our oceans and waterway. Join us and show your commitment to reducing marine debris, along with millions of volunteers from across the globe!

Spearheaded globally by the Ocean Conservancy, VolunteerCleanup.org organizes Miami-Dade’s local participation in this annual event with 50+ simultaneous shoreline cleanups around the county and is made possible by the generous support of our presenting sponsors Covanta and Boucher Brothers, with additional support from Blackstone Charitable Foundation, The Brady Hunter Foundation, Benjamin & Gloria Joannou, Jr. Family Conservation Fund, City of Miami Beach, The Miami Foundation, Loud And Live, and Miami-Dade County RER-DERM *We will provide garbage bags, gloves, data collection cards, and a souvenir tote bag with this year’s marine animal theme, a Seahorse.
*Community Service hours also provided* *Registration is required to participate*
- Dress for the weather, closed-toed shoes are required. Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen are recommended.
- If you have your own reusable working or gardening type gloves, please bring them.
- Please bring water in a reusable container. Let’s reduce waste and refuse single-use disposable plastic water bottles.

What Should Volunteers Bring? - Water in a Resuable Bottle, Sunscreen, Hat & Sunglasses
What Will Be Provided? - Gloves, Garbage Bags, Water Refills, Buckets
Meeting Spot Details - Look for the blue canopy with the blue buckets around, in front of the volleyball courts.
Parking Info - Use public parking at the park or on the surroundings streets.

Who We Are: A Cleaner Planet Operation Corp, is a registered 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization based in Miami, FL. We organize cleanup events that include special guests with activities that benefit our Body, Mind, Soul and Planet! while promoting local business & programs. Our cleanup events focus mainly on kids, youth as well as companies and people from the community.
What We Do: We Clean, We Share, We Learn! Through volunteer efforts we remove litter left behind in areas such as school surroundings, parks, beaches and neighborhoods to help maintain a clean and safe environment and to make a difference while raising awareness about our planet.
